Frequently Asked Questions
Are your essential oils natural?
Yes, we only offer 100% pure essential oils. They are extracted directly from plants without any synthetic additives or chemicals. Unlike fragrance oils, which are commonly found in the market and often synthetic, our high-grade therapeutic essential oils are versatile and perfect for a variety of uses. They can be safely applied topically when diluted with a carrier oil, making them ideal for body oils and massage treatments. Additionally, our essential oils are perfect for aromatherapy and facial steam, helping you relax and reconnect with nature.
Are your essential oils made in the USA?
Our essential oils come from select farms around the world, as each region—from Europe to Asia—provides the ideal climate for specific plants. While we source globally, all bottling and assembly takes place at our Brea, California laboratory, ensuring every product is crafted and finished in the USA.
Are your essential oils safe for pets?
Essential oil safety varies for different pets. While oils like lavender are typically safe for dogs and cedarwood for cats, each pet may react differently. Always check with your veterinarian before using any essential oil around your pets.
Do you offer samplers for essential oil singles?
While sampler sets are available for our essential oil blends, we don't offer samples of individual oils. Our blend samplers are perfect for exploring different aromatherapy combinations before purchasing full sizes.
How does your return policy for essential oils work?
If a scent isn’t to your liking, you can keep the bottle and share it with a friend—they might love it! In the meantime, we’ll issue you a full store credit as part of our satisfaction guarantee. Please note that this return policy does not apply during promotional or sale periods.
What is the shelf life of your essential oils?
When stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, unopened bottles can last up to 2 years. Once opened, we recommend enjoying them within 6 months for optimal scent quality.

What a surprise

"It was quite a surprise that only a few brands carry this oil. If you are familiar with Thai cuisine, then you must know how makrut lime smells especially the leaves drive the unique zesty flavors. In Asia, it is also called Kaffir Lime. I fell in love with this little cute circus when I was traveling in Thailand years ago, and I am so excited to find out the single essential oil, exactly the same fragrance! I loved it so much that I purchased four!"

Citrus lovers

"So I have brought from this brand quite a lot, and this oil so far is the most amazing one. Here is what I do, two drops of this lime oil, three drops of eucalyptus, and one drop of lavender or neroli on my necklace diffuser, I am literally filled with a sense of joy all day."

Very distinct fragrance

"It's kind of between lemon myrtle and key lime for me, but softer and not too zingy. Citrus oil is always a must in my oil collection, this oil is a great addition."
