Please allow up to 1 business days to process and pack your order. Please note that processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive your shipment notification email after placing an order (“Shipment Confirmation Email”) for tracking information to appear on the mail carrier website. The Order Total stated on the Shipment Confirmation Email includes product costs and all discounts and credits before shipping fees.

We also ship to US territories and offshore islands, including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, American Samoa, as well as APO, FPO or DPO addresses. Please kindly note that we will only use U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to deliver to US Territories.

Express Shipping ships with UPS 2nd Day Air and does not ship to P.O. Boxes, US territories, Alaska and Hawaii.

*During Checkout you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping and handling charges, in USD before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in USD according to the charges displayed during Checkout.

We process and ship international orders within 2 business days of receipt. All international orders will be charged a flat shipping cost of $36. The delivery time for international orders may vary, ranging from 8 to 19 business days, depending on the destination.

All international orders will be charged in USD. All international purchases are final sale and not eligible for return and exchange.

All international customers are responsible for duty costs. Duties and taxes will be collected upon delivery. Please be aware that customs clearance procedures may cause delays in shipping.

For International Standard Shipping, packages are shipped via U.S. Postal Services and then handed over to local postal services for final delivery. Please note that local postal services may charge a custom handling or processing fee.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information if you have a byvorda.com account. Log in to My Account and select Order History & Tracking to find out the status of your order. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery schedule above, please contact our Customer Support team by email.

Our commitment is to provide the highest quality 100% natural products in the world. Our Pure Essential Oils and Blends are processed and manufactured in our Japan labs and factories with great care and consideration. If something isn’t working for you, we want to make it right. Formulations and ingredients that do not fit your wellness needs can be refunded or exchanged for an alternative blend that better supports your wellness. Shipping cost for exchange is on us.

For those who are hesitant to commit to a full-sized product, we also offer a blend sampler. This allows you to try our products at a minimal cost before deciding on a full purchase.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. However, we want to make your shopping experience on Vorda (or vörda in Swedish) as enjoyable as possible. Please contact our Customer Support Team either by contact form or via online chat to request a return. Upon authorization of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label to facilitate the return of the items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. For certain items that require repackaging, a restocking fee will be charged.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

- Any item not in its original condition

- Any items are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Please be aware that original shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping ($6.99) will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you wish to exchange items due to defects, damage, or personal preference, we offer hassle-free exchanges within 30 days of your purchase.

Please contact our Customer Support Team either through contact form or via online chat. Upon doing so, provide details of the defect or damage, along with the items you wish to exchange. We will then guide you through the next steps of the exchange process.
