Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive your shipment notification email after placing an order (“Shipment Confirmation Email”) for tracking information to appear on the mail carrier website. The Order Total stated on the Shipment Confirmation Email includes product costs and all discounts and credits before shipping fees.

We also ship to US territories and offshore islands, including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, American Samoa, as well as APO, FPO or DPO addresses. Please kindly note that we will only use U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to deliver to US Territories.

Express Shipping ships with UPS 2nd Day Air and does not ship to P.O. Boxes and US territories.

All Canadian orders now include duties, taxes, and related handling fees calculated and collected at checkout. There are no extra charges upon delivery — no need to declare imports or handle customs payments. We offer both Standard and Express Shipping: Standard Shipping is a flat rate of CAD $19.95 or free on orders of CAD $200 or more (6–9 business days), while Express Shipping takes 2–4 business days with costs calculated at checkout. We are unable to ship to certain remote areas in Canada.

All Canadian orders are final sale and not eligible for return and exchange.

We process and ship international orders within 2 business days of receipt. We offer both Standard Shipping (6–14 business days) and Express Shipping (5–8 business days). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Duties, taxes, and handling fees are also calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no extra payments or customs declarations upon delivery. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information if you have a byvorda.com account. Log in to My Account and select Order History & Tracking to find out the status of your order. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery schedule above, please contact our Customer Support team by email.

Our commitment is to provide the highest quality 100% natural products in the world. Our Pure Essential Oils and Blends are processed and crafted in our Californian lab or by our trusted Japanese partners ensuring the utmost care and integrity in every bottle. If a formulation or ingredient doesn’t fit your wellness needs, we offer a full store credit refund—no questions asked.

For those who are hesitant to commit to a full-sized product, we also offer a blend sampler. This allows you to try our products at a minimal cost before deciding on a full purchase.

Please note that essential oil blend samplers are for testing purposes only and are not eligible for return.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or store credit. However, we want to make your shopping experience on Vorda (or vörda in Swedish) as enjoyable as possible. Please contact our Customer Support Team either by contact form or via online chat to request a return. Upon authorization of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label to facilitate the return of the items.

For Essential Oil products, we follow a “Keep the Bottle, Save the Earth” policy. If you’re unsatisfied, we’ll issue you a full store credit—no return needed. Keep the bottle and share it with family and friends. By reducing unnecessary return shipments, this policy helps minimize carbon emissions and supports a more sustainable future.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, while sale items are final and non-refundable. Partial refunds may be granted if an item is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days. If you have any questions, our Customer Support Team is happy to assist you!

At vörda, we take great care to ensure the quality of our handcrafted diffusers and essential oils. Due to the nature of our products and their inability to be restocked after use, purchases made during promotional periods — including Black Friday and the Christmas holiday —  are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This policy ensures that every item you purchase is brand new and untouched, maintaining the highest standards of quality and care.

If you wish to exchange items due to defects, damage, or personal preference, we offer hassle-free exchanges within 30 days of your purchase.
