Wood Diffuser, In Real Spaces

Experience how quiet and waterless diffusion feels before it arrives at your door.

Add 6–8 drops of your preferred pure essential oil onto the top platform for up to 10 hours of therapeutic aroma. The African Rosewood absorbs essential oils within one minute, with the scent gradually fading after about 12 hours. To switch scents, wait at least 96 hours for the previous aroma to fully dissipate before applying a different essential oil.
Disclaimer
For best results, use Vörda wood diffusers with high-quality 100% pure essential oils. Low-quality or diluted oils may reduce diffusion performance and could damage the natural wood surface. Due to the unprocessed nature of the wood, natural resin marks may appear over time; this is a normal characteristic and does not affect functionality.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does a wood diffuser work?
A wood diffuser offers a passive and natural way to disperse essential oils. Unlike water-based diffusers or humidifiers, the wood absorbs essential oils and diffuses the scent quietly and naturally. The aroma intensifies as you continue to add essential oils. However, be careful not to over-saturate the diffuser—adding too much at once may prevent the wood from fully absorbing the oil.
Is it any different from just a piece of wood?
Absolutely! Not all wood can function as a diffuser. The type and origin of the wood are critical. Through our research, we’ve discovered that certain woods are ideal for diffusing natural essential oils. For example, Japanese hinoki cypress is lightweight and absorbs the essential oils quickly, while South African rosewood provides a longer-lasting natural aroma. Plus, our diffusers are thoughtfully designed and crafted to complement your home decor, creating a serene and stylish ambiance.
How do I switch scents on the wood diffuser?
Switching scents is simpler than it seems! Since the wood absorbs essential oils, it takes about 96 hours (4 days) to fully disperse the scent. Just wait for 4-5 days for the previous aroma to fade before applying a new scent. That’s it—effortless and natural!
How do I clean the wood diffuser?
Never use water to clean your wood diffuser—it can damage the wood. Instead, if you notice dust or buildup, simply use a soft cloth to gently wipe it clean.
Where should I use the wood diffuser?
Wood diffusers work best in enclosed spaces like bedrooms, bathrooms (not in the bathtub), offices, or closets. They’re not designed for large, open spaces or living rooms, as their scenting capacity is better suited for smaller areas.
Do different wood types affect scenting capacity?
Yes! The scenting performance of our wood diffusers depends on the type of wood used. Softwoods, such as Japanese Hinoki Cypress and German Beechwood, absorb essential oils quickly, releasing a delicate aroma for about 6 hours with just 5-8 drops. On the other hand, hardwoods like Canadian Walnut and African Rosewood absorb oils more slowly, allowing them to disperse the scent gradually for up to 10 hours. This variety lets you choose the perfect wood diffuser based on your preferred scent longevity.
How does the return work?
If you’re not satisfied with the natural scenting or prefer a stronger diffusion machine, you can request a return. We will issue you a shipping label, and once the return is received, a flat-rate restocking fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method. Please ensure you request the return within 30 days of receiving your product.
