Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process and pack your order. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive your shipment notification email after placing an order (“Shipment Confirmation Email”) for tracking information to appear on the mail carrier website. The Order Total stated on the Shipment Confirmation Email includes product costs and all discounts and credits before shipping fees.

Express Shipping ships with UPS 2nd Day Air and does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Express Shipping does not deliver to Alaska and Hawaii.

*During Checkout you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping and handling charges, in USD before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in USD according to the charges displayed during Checkout.

We ship in 2 business days after we receive your order. Please note that all shipments to Canada over $20 CAD or equivalent are subject to custom duties and taxes. Customers will be responsible for custom clearance, duties and paperwork to collect tax. Custom clearance may cause the shipping delay.

You can also shop with us at our Canadian Store for faster shipment and better convenience.

We ship in 2 business days after we receive the International order. Currently we only ship to the United Kingdom and Australia.

All international customers are responsible for duty costs. The duties and taxes will be collected on delivery. Please note that custom clearance may cause a shipping delay.

For International Standard Shipping, packages are shipped via United States Postal Services to the local postal services which handles the final delivery of the package. Please note that local postal services will charge custom handing fee or processing fee.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information if you have a byvorda.com account. Log in to My Account and select Order History & Tracking to find out the status of your order. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery schedule above, please contact our Customer Support team by email.

Our commitment is to provide the highest quality 100% natural products in the world. Our Pure Essential Oils and Blends are processed and manufactured in our Japan labs and factories with great care and consideration. If something isn’t working for you, we want to make it right. Formulations and ingredients that do not fit your wellness needs can be refunded or exchanged for an alternative blend that better supports your wellness. Shipping cost for exchange is on us.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, we want to make your shopping experience on Vorda (or vörda in Swedish) as enjoyable as possible. Please contact our Customer Support team by email with any questions at all regarding returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If your purchase was made online, we can offer a refund onto your original method of payment or store credit.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items (marked as on sale) cannot be refunded.

Purchases made during our Black Friday Sale and New Year Wellness Sale are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

- Any item not in its original condition

- Any items are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If 30 days have gone by sine your purchase(s), unfortunately we can't offer exchange. If you find your items are defective or damaged, and you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our Customer Support team by email and ship your item to:
