Yes! You can cancel your subscription plan after two deliveries.
Can I add or change items from my subscription during my first two deliveries?
Yes. You can pause your deliveries, and add or remove or swap any items. If you need any assistance to do so, please contact us at info@byvorda.com and we are happy to help!
Can I return items from my subscription?
Any items purchased through the vörda vitality subscription plan are eligible for return for store credit only.
Will my orders through the vörda vitality subscription plan receive free shipping?
Orders from contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii over $49 USD will receive free shipping. Orders from Canada over $99 USD will receive free shipping.
Can I subscribe diffusers through the vörda vitality subscription plan?
No. Diffusers, kits, teaware and accessories are not included in The vörda vitality Subscription Plan.
Can I apply discount codes, store credits to my subscription?
No. Discount codes and store credits are not eligible for subscription orders. If you would like to apply a code on a one-time purchase, please create a separate order.
When will I be charged for my subscription orders?
You will be charged for each scheduled delivery two to three days before order shipment. You will be unable to cancel your delivery once it has been charged and processed.
