Although roses are the primary scent, it is not overwhelming, which I prefer, because roses are not my fave flower. It's a very lovely and romantic scent and not a sexy/bedroom feel. But rather transcends you to a day filled with simple pleasures with the people who bring you happiness. I already purchased a 2nd bottle as it has quickly become one of my faves.
