Canada & The United Kingdom Shipping

Customers in Canada and the United Kingdom can purchase vörda products directly from www.byvorda.com. All purchases are final sale and not eligible for return and exchange. All international customers are responsible for duty costs. The duties and taxes will be collected on delivery.

For Canadian residents: Canada Standard Shipping sent with USPS First Class International Mail will be charged a flat shipping fee $12 USD (≈$15.5 CAD). Complimentary Standard Shipping to Canada applies to orders over $100 USD (≈$130 CAD) or equivalent.

For the United Kingdom residents: UK Standard Shipping sent with USPS First Class International Mail will be charged a flat shipping fee $19 USD (≈£14.5 GBP). Complimentary Standard Shipping to the United Kingdom applies to orders over $150 USD (≈£113 GBP) or equivalent.

Express Shipping Method: Canada Express Shipping and UK Express Shipping will be sent with DHL Worldwide Express. Canada Express will be charged a flat shipping fee US$30, and UK Express will be charged a flat shipping fee US$45. Complimentary Standard Shipping and promotion shipping rate do not apply to Express Shipping method. Please note that the courier (DHL) will charge brokerage fee or custom clearance handling fee.

All orders shipping to Canada and the UK will be charged in USD.

All shipments to Canada over $20 CAD or equivalent are subject to customs duties and taxes. All shipments to the United Kingdom over £15 GBP or equivalent are subject to customs duties and VAT. Customer will be responsible for custom clearance, duties and paperwork to collect tax.

Please note that custom clearance may cause the shipping delay.

All orders will be delivered in approximately 8 to 14 business days. (This is subject to rates and timelines from USPS and local postal services, as well as custom clearance.)

Canada Express Shipping and UK Express Shipping will take 4-6 business days sent with DHL Worldwide Express.
