Never use water to clean your wood diffuser—it can damage the wood. Instead, if you notice dust or buildup, simply use a soft cloth to gently wipe it clean.
Where should I use the wood diffuser?
Wood diffusers work best in enclosed spaces like bedrooms, bathrooms (not in the bathtub), offices, or closets. They’re not designed for large, open spaces or living rooms, as their scenting capacity is better suited for smaller areas.

How does the return work?
If you’re not satisfied with the natural scenting or prefer a stronger diffusion machine, you can request a return. We will issue you a shipping label, and once the return is received, a flat-rate restocking fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
